Arnaf Inc stands behind everything they sell. Orders are shipped right out and I must say the scissors are the best I have ever used. They seem to be very sharp and as far a sharpening goes, they hold their sharpness and hardly need much sharpening. They make a very great quality scissor and everything else they sell is so great too! They have scissors to fit everyone's need. It has been a few years and I have not had any problems with my scissors. They still work as good as the day I bought them and seem to hold their sharpness far longer than other company's do in my opinion. Price wise you can not beat the price.
